Jason has held a range of senior leadership posts, supporting colleges to develop and improve their provision including:

• Director of the Institute of Technology and Employer Partnerships for a college in the West Midlands
• Deputy Principal (Curriculum & Quality) for a college in the West Midlands
• Director of Operations for a training provider in the West Midlands
• Vice Principal for Performance Improvement for a college in the East Midlands

Other projects have included:

• conducting curriculum reviews for colleges and work-based providers around England
• improvement advice and ongoing support to colleges and independent learning providers, including supporting them to improve OFSTED grades
• coaching senior leaders to develop confidence and effectiveness in their roles
• leadership and governance support for a range of providers
• inspection activities
• providing training and support for staff focussed on embedding quality improvement
• interim management at a range of colleges
• evaluating of a range of projects focussed around education and training
