Jason was recently Vice Principal at Northampton College for two years, coordinating its improvement from OFSTED 'requires improvement' to 'good'

• providing improvement advice and ongoing mentoring to colleges and independent learning providers, including supporting them to improve OFSTED grades
• leadership and governance support for a range of providers
• inspection activities
• providing training and support for staff focussed on embedding quality improvement
• interim management at a range of colleges
• evaluating of a range of projects focussed around education and training
• preparing bids for project funding for further education colleges and work-based learning providers
